End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“Licensee”)

and Andreas Burget, Arts Unique (“Licensor”) for the use of software products purchased through

LicenseHub. By activating a license key, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

1. Grant of License

Upon purchase and activation, the Licensor grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable,

revocable license to use the software product, subject to the terms of this Agreement and

the Terms of Service.

2. License Key

1. Each license is identified by a unique license key.
2. The license key is personal to you and may not be shared, published, or transferred to any third party.
3. Each license permits a limited number of simultaneous activations as specified on the product page.

3. Ownership

The software, including all code, designs, assets, and documentation,

remains the exclusive property of the Licensor.

This license does not grant you any ownership rights.

4. Permitted Use

You may:

1. Use the licensed product for personal and commercial projects.
2. Install the product on multiple devices, up to the activation limit.
3. Create derivative works (e.g., websites, designs) using the product output.

5. Restrictions

You may not:

1. Redistribute, resell, sublicense, or share the software or license key.
2. Use the software to create a competing product or service.
3. Remove or alter any copyright notices or license information.
4. Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software.
5. Circumvent or interfere with the license validation system.

6. Updates

1. Perpetual licenses include access to all updates released for the current major version at the time of purchase.
2. Annual licenses include access to all updates released during the active license period.
3. Major version upgrades may require a new license or an upgrade fee.

7. Support

Support is provided via email at store@arts-unique.com.

We will make reasonable efforts to respond within 2 business days.

Support is limited to technical issues related to the licensed product.

8. Termination

This license is effective until terminated.

It will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any term of this Agreement.

Upon termination, you must cease all use of the software and destroy all copies. T

he Licensor may also revoke your license in accordance with the Terms of Service.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The software is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied.

The Licensor does not warrant that the software will be error-free or uninterrupted.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Licensor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the software.

The Licensor’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the license.

11. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.

If you are a consumer within the EU, you also benefit from the mandatory consumer

protection provisions of your country of residence.
