Withdraw from Contract
If you concluded a contract with us online as a consumer, you may use the form below to declare your withdrawal. In general, consumers have 14 days to withdraw from online contracts without giving any reason. We will confirm receipt of your withdrawal by email.
Your right of withdrawal
In general, the withdrawal period is 14 days from the day the contract was concluded. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient that you send your withdrawal before the period expires. If your withdrawal is effective, we will reimburse the payments received from you without undue delay and in accordance with the statutory requirements. For digital content, software licenses, downloads or services provided immediately, the right of withdrawal may lapse once you have given your express consent to immediate performance and acknowledged the loss of this right.
