License Terms

1. Scope. These License Terms govern the purchase and use of My Image Library Pro ("Software"), sold by Arts Unique through store.arts-unique.com. By completing a purchase, entering a license key, or otherwise using the Software, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Grant of license. Upon successful payment and license key delivery, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to install and use the Software for your own lawful purposes. You are purchasing a license to use the Software — not the Software itself. No ownership or intellectual property rights are transferred to you.

3. Activation. Each license key is valid for use by a single person and carries the Activation Limit stated on the product page. To transfer an activation to a new device, contact store@arts-unique.com.

4. Restrictions. You may not redistribute, resell, transfer, or sublicense the Software or your license key. You may not share your license key publicly, reverse engineer the Software, or circumvent license enforcement mechanisms. You may not use the Software to provide hosted services to third parties.

5. Updates. Your license includes all future updates of My Image Library released during the lifetime of the product, at no additional cost.

6. Support. We provide email support at store@arts-unique.com and aim to respond within 3 business days.

7. Warranty. The Software is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Statutory warranty rights under German law (§ 536a BGB) and mandatory consumer protection rights remain unaffected.

8. Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or the Software shall not exceed the amount you paid for the license. Liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraudulent misrepresentation, wilful misconduct, and liability under the German Product Liability Act remain unaffected.

9. License revocation. We reserve the right to revoke your license with immediate effect and without refund if you materially breach these Terms, distribute or publicly expose your license key, or use the Software for unlawful purposes.

10. Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the CISG. Place of jurisdiction is Freiburg im Breisgau, Germany. The full License Terms apply: store.arts-unique.com/license-terms.

Privacy

Privacy Policy

What the Software does with data. Punctum is self-hosted and runs on your infrastructure. We — Arts Unique — do not receive any of the booking data, invitee information, or admin content processed by your installation. The Software contains no analytics, no tracking pixels, and no third-party scripts.

License validation. When you activate a license, your installation sends the license key to store.arts-unique.com to verify the purchase. The validation result is then cached locally in your installation.

Update checks. Your installation may periodically check store.arts-unique.com for available updates. These checks transmit the current Punctum version and your license key — no booking data, no invitee data.

Payment processing. Purchases are handled by Lemon Squeezy (Merchant of Record). Their privacy policy applies to all payment data.

Email contact. If you contact us at store@arts-unique.com, your email address is used solely to respond to your inquiry.

Your responsibility as host. Once installed, you are the data controller for all data processed by your Punctum instance — including invitee names, emails, notes, and booking metadata. You are responsible for publishing your own privacy policy and complying with applicable data-protection law (GDPR, etc.) on the booking page you operate.
