My Image Library operates entirely within Figma. It reads and writes data only within your Figma files. The plugin does not upload, transmit, or store your design files, images, or any file content on external servers.

How to request a refund
Send an email to store@arts-unique.com with the email address you used at checkout. We will process your refund within 5 business days. Refunds are returned to the original payment method via Stripe.
EU right of withdrawal
As an EU consumer, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. However, for digital products delivered immediately, this right expires once the license key has been delivered and activated, provided you gave your express consent during checkout.

Subscriptions

2. What data the plugin collects
My Image Library does not collect, transmit, or store any personal data, design files, images, or file content on external servers.
The plugin operates entirely within Figma and stores the following data locally on your device using Figma's built-in client storage:
— Thumbnail cache: Generated preview images of your vault assets, stored locally to improve performance. Not transmitted anywhere.
— License data: If you purchase Pro, your license key and verification status are stored locally to maintain your Pro status between sessions.
3. License verification
When you activate a Pro license, the plugin sends your license key and a device fingerprint to our verification endpoint at store.arts-unique.com/api/v1/license/validate. This request is used to verify whether a valid license exists. The following data is transmitted:
— License key
— Device fingerprint (Figma user ID, pseudonymous)
— IP address (anonymized after 30 days)

4. Payment processing
Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc., which handles all payment information (name, email, payment details, billing address). We do not have access to or store your payment details. See Stripe's Privacy Policy.

6. Your rights (GDPR)
Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your personal data. Since the plugin stores data locally and we only process minimal data during license verification (anonymized after 30 days), there is typically very little data on our servers. Contact us at store@arts-unique.com to exercise your rights.
7. Data retention
Local data (thumbnail cache, license status) is stored in Figma's client storage on your device. You can clear this data at any time by using the "Reset license" option in the plugin or by uninstalling the plugin. IP addresses from license verification are anonymized after 30 days.

9. Changes to this policy
