No account, no signup. Your invitees land on a branded page, pick an event type, choose a slot, and confirm. They receive an instant confirmation email with an iCal attachment.

Rescheduling and cancelling work from inside the confirmation email — no login required. Time zones are auto-detected and switchable; language follows the browser and persists.

For you, the host

A clean admin area with dashboard, bookings, event types, availability and CalDAV connections. Define a weekly schedule with multiple windows per day, add vacation periods, configure buffer times, lead times and booking horizons.

Connect any CalDAV calendar to block slots automatically. New bookings get pushed to your calendar as VEVENTs. Delete an event in your calendar — Punctum auto-cancels the booking and notifies both sides.

Branding that belongs to you

Avatar, logo, hero image or hero video, brand colors, social links, legal footer links, a custom claim, your own favicon and PWA manifest. Every booking flow ships in your brand — yours, end to end.

Built on solid ground

Deliberate limits

Punctum is not an enterprise platform. No multi-tenant, no teams or group events, no marketplace, no Stripe checkout for paid bookings, no custom form questions beyond name / email / phone / note. The trade-off is intentional: lean code, fast operation, full data ownership.

License Terms

1. Scope. These License Terms govern the purchase and use of Punctum ("Software"), sold by Arts Unique through store.arts-unique.com. By completing a purchase, entering a license key, or otherwise installing or using the Software, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Grant of license. Upon successful payment and license key delivery, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to install and use the Software on a single domain for the duration of your active annual subscription. You are purchasing a license to use the Software — not the Software itself. No ownership or intellectual property rights are transferred to you.

3. Activation. Each license key is valid for a single domain installation and activated on first launch. To move your activation to a new domain, contact store@arts-unique.com.

4. Restrictions. You may not redistribute, resell, transfer, or sublicense the Software, its source code, or your license key. You may not share your license key publicly, fork the Software for public release, reverse engineer license enforcement, or circumvent activation. You may not use the Software to offer hosted booking services to third parties as a paid SaaS.

5. Updates & renewal. Your license is valid for twelve (12) months from the date of purchase and renews automatically. All updates released during your active subscription are included at no additional cost. You may cancel renewal at any time through your customer account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

6. Support. We provide email support at store@arts-unique.com and aim to respond within 3 business days. Support covers installation guidance and bug reports; it does not cover server administration, custom development, or third-party integrations beyond what Punctum ships with.

7. Warranty. The Software is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, nor compatibility with any specific hosting environment beyond the documented requirements. Statutory warranty rights under German law (§ 536a BGB) and mandatory consumer protection rights remain unaffected.

8. Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or the Software shall not exceed the amount you paid for the license. Liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraudulent misrepresentation, wilful misconduct, and liability under the German Product Liability Act remain unaffected.

9. License revocation. We reserve the right to revoke your license with immediate effect and without refund if you materially breach these Terms, distribute or publicly expose your license key or the Software's source code, or use the Software for unlawful purposes.

10. Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the CISG. Place of jurisdiction is Freiburg im Breisgau, Germany. The full License Terms apply: store.arts-unique.com/license-terms.

Privacy

Privacy Policy

What the Software does with data. Punctum is self-hosted and runs on your infrastructure. We — Arts Unique — do not receive any of the booking data, invitee information, or admin content processed by your installation. The Software contains no analytics, no tracking pixels, and no third-party scripts.

License validation. When you activate a license, your installation sends the license key to store.arts-unique.com to verify the purchase. The validation result is then cached locally in your installation.

Update checks. Your installation may periodically check store.arts-unique.com for available updates. These checks transmit the current Punctum version and your license key — no booking data, no invitee data.

Payment processing. Purchases are handled by Lemon Squeezy (Merchant of Record). Their privacy policy applies to all payment data.

Email contact. If you contact us at store@arts-unique.com, your email address is used solely to respond to your inquiry.

Your responsibility as host. Once installed, you are the data controller for all data processed by your Punctum instance — including invitee names, emails, notes, and booking metadata. You are responsible for publishing your own privacy policy and complying with applicable data-protection law (GDPR, etc.) on the booking page you operate.
